Concept

Customer's submit proposals for a new website or a redesign of their exsiting site.  We review their request, and meet to discuss any issues or questions we may have.

Design Prototype

Once we have a clear understanding of the concept, we put together a simple prototype of the website. This is a template layout of the major sections of a page. It contains placeholders for the company logo, navigation, main body content, including Flash and/or image placement, and footer. We work with the client to determine the color schemes and fonts for the website.

Programming

When the customer sign's off on the design prototype and we have all the images, and content for the pages, we begin programming.

Testing

When all pages are complete, we test the entire site. We check that all links work, Flash and/or images appear correctly, and all forms have appropriate validation and submit properly.  If the website includes a database for online membership, we verify login functionality.  We test the site in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google chrome to ensure compatibility.

Deployment

We publish once the customer fully tests the website and is completely satisfied.

Live Support

We provide 30 days of free support.  We offer ongoing support on a maintenance contract basis.
